The coaching session offers a starting point for your journey towards increased self awareness, self compassion and a sense of calm. It is an interactive session and offers a safe space within a like minded group of people to help you explore what you need to navigate this difficult part of your life.

•A guided meditation- “Compassion for self and others”
A series of audio guided meditations focussing on topics like self compassion, gratitude, self worth, self forgiveness and others that you can do from the comfort of your own home
A handout on "Top tenets for sustainable health" covering the most important aspects of your life that you need to prioritise to enjoy good health throughout your life
Access to a follow-up LIVE Q and A session (60 minutes) which will address your ongoing concerns about stress, mindfulness, nutrition and much more
